Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is seeking a senior supervisor to lead Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff across residences. You will develop policies, supervise staff, and ensure rigorous documentation and compliance with PBS/ABA practices.

You will conduct staff evaluations, coordinate training, and act as liaison between Behavioral Services and clinical departments while upholding human rights and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology with BCBA or LCSW credentials.
• Minimum three years post-master experience in developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work nontraditional hours including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Leadership or administrative experience preferred.
• Compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises policies, procedures, and standards for Residences and department.
• Provides administrative and clinical supervision and conducts staff evaluations.
• Acts as liaison between Behavioral Services and clinical departments.
• Ensures proper documentation: ISPs, Functional Assessments, Behavior Plans, data sheets, progress notes.
• Develops and delivers in-service trainings for agency staff.
• Screens, hires, and trains BIS staff for Residences.
• Participates in agency committees and conducts regular residence visits.
• Uses Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify causes of behavior and teach skills.
• Advocates for MED of psychotropic/behavioral meds and updates support plans as needed.
• Ensures SCIP-R instruction and QA reviews are up to date.
