Job summary

The Columbus Organization in Augusta, GA is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Supervisor to lead Intensive Support Coordinators and oversee the supervisory caseload for waiver participants. The role includes making annual face-to-face visits and ensuring proper coordination of services.

Responsibilities include consultation, caseload reviews, staff development, and clinical guidance for ISC teams, with a focus on risk assessment and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with complex behavioral issues in a behavioral health setting related to ID/DD.
• Minimum 3 years of home and community-based case management for individuals with disabilities.
• Experience making recommendations in client service plans (clinical treatment, counseling, eligibility decisions).
• Must hold one of: BCBA, Psychologist, LPC, LACPC, LCSW, LMSW or RN.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing consultation to ISCs with joint visits, risk assessment, and collaboration to secure medical resources.
• Review 25% of caseloads quarterly for compliance with services and protocols.
• Identify training needs with leadership and develop staff training plans.
• Act as clinical consultant for ISC Coordinators and participants on caseloads.
• Conduct a minimum of one annual joint visit per ISC participant.
• Determine risks and unmet needs and collaborate to secure resources.
• Maintain familiarity with care plans to ensure ISCs understand and evaluate plans.
