SHIELDS for Families in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a licensed clinical professional to lead and supervise a team of therapists. The role focuses on supervision, documentation accuracy, program coordination, and ensuring compliance with agency, BBS, and DMH standards.

Ideal candidates hold LMFT/LCSW or psychologist licensure, and bring experience in crisis intervention, policy adherence, and staff development.

Qualifications

Licensed clinical professional with leadership and coordination experience.
Experience providing individual counseling and crisis intervention for adults.
Knowledge of HIPAA, DMH standards and state/federal regulations.
Culturally sensitive, community-informed approaches.

Responsabilités

Provide weekly supervision for therapists and consult on clinical issues.
Review documentation and monitor billing for QA and compliance.
Train staff, facilitate case conferences and staff development.
Coordinate clinical services to support client goals and community linkages.
Maintain program contractual requirements and represent the program at meetings.
Assist with 5150 or voluntary hospitalization procedures.
Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain licensure.
