Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development, emotional/behavioral health, mental health, parent-child relationships, family dynamics and diagnostic classification.
• Strong expertise in strength-based, solution-focused, and family-centered practice.
• Knowledge of guidelines, policies and regulations relating to child welfare, safety, permanency and wellness.
• Knowledge and experience with group-work, as well as, working with diverse cultures and ethnicities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Care Coordinators to assess family strengths and service needs.
• Provide accountability oversight for DHS compliance.
• Monitor and approve case documentation and progress notes.
• Assist with performance evaluations.
• Provide job coaching to Client Care Coordinators as needed.
• Supervise Client Care Coordinators and conduct monthly meetings.
• Facilitate team reviews of biopsychosocial assessments.
• Plan and prep meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
• Establish connections with other agencies for networking.
• Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning and psycho-education.
• Report to work as scheduled during emergencies.
• Duties may change based on company needs.
