Qualifikationen

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY at hire.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• 3–5 years in social services with at least two in supervisory roles.
• Knowledge in supervision, client assessment, service plan development and case management.
• Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• High computer proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Client Care Coordinators and recruit/train staff.
• Guide staff in program goals and ensure intake assessments are completed promptly.
• Oversee bio-psychosocial assessments and service planning.
• Coordinate with DHS, ACS, and community partners for referrals.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Lead family meetings and collaborate with housing team.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention support.
• Manage scheduling and staff allocation; work one late shift per week.
• Travel to various NYC locations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with agency and funder requirements.
