Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily program operations, and maintain a compassionate, recovery-focused environment for clients.

The role requires licensure in LCAC/LCSW/LMFT and a minimum of 3 years in chemical dependency or dual diagnosis care. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure in state for this role – LCAC, LCSW, LMFT.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained recovery.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
