Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily clinical operations, and maintain a warm recovery environment for clients.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, Indiana licensure (LCAC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), and at least 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice in Indiana (LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
