Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN, is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, manage the daily execution of the clinical program, oversee client engagement, and help maintain a warm recovery environment.

The role requires a master's degree or higher and 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients, plus active licensure to practice in Indiana (LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
