Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN, is actively seeking licensed clinicians to join our detox and residential program. You will create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and conduct both individual and group therapy sessions for a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team, ensuring documentation, and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana clinical license required.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
• Experience providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong documentation and treatment-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Manage clinical needs, services, treatment planning, and aftercare for your caseload.
• Assess client needs, progress, relapse risk, and ongoing treatment requirements.
• Respond to crises with proactive intervention and de-escalation.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation of challenges, progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and treatment team to coordinate care.
• Communicate with families and client support networks when appropriate.
• Attend treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Model professionalism, ethics, and respect in every interaction.
