Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring licensed therapists for our detox and residential treatment facility. We seek clinicians passionate about guiding individuals through behavioral health, mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana clinical license required (LSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC or equivalent).
• Master's degree in a related clinical field.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or co-occurring disorders.
• Experience providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and respond to crises.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Oversee clinical needs, services, treatment planning, and aftercare for assigned caseload.
• Assess client needs, progress, relapse risk, and ongoing treatment.
• Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate in crisis situations.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation of client challenges, progress, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate quality care.
• Communicate effectively with families and other members of the client's support system when appropriate.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Model professionalism, ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect in every interaction.
