Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility in Norfolk, VA. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee the clinical program, and ensure a supportive recovery environment for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree or higher and VA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LSATP), with 3+ years in chemical dependency or dual-diagnosis settings. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field is preferred.
• 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis is preferred.
• Current VA licensure to practice: LPC, LCSW, LSATP.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director in relevant duties.
• Manage daily execution of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a recovery-focused environment.
• Facilitate group sessions occasionally and manage a small caseload.
• Provide compliance oversight for client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention.
