• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current New Mexico independent license in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision for assigned staff.
• Review documentation for non-licensed staff.
• Coach on implementing effective interventions.
• Support community service workers with crisis or staffing needs.
• Coordinate with other supervisors for group supervision.
• Participate in quality improvement and operational meetings.
