Job summary

La Clinica de Familia is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee programs and supervise staff. The role includes case reviews, coaching on diagnoses and quality measures, and coordinating with other supervisors for group supervision.

Responsibilities may include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering individual, couples, family, or group therapy as needed. Exempt position in New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Must be willing to use a personal vehicle when needed.
• Must submit to required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
• Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards.

Job Summary:

The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical supervisor may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

• Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.
• Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow-up and closure.
• Ability to establish therapeutic alliance with clients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and with the public.
• Assesses and incorporates culture into assessment and treatment processes

Job Requirements:
