La Clinica de Familia in Southern New Mexico seeks a licensed clinical supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative programs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing documentation, coaching on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinating with other supervisors, and participating in quality improvement and operational meetings.
May also provide direct clinical services as needed. Candidates must be independently licensed in NM (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, psychiatrist or psychologist)

The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical supervisor may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
