Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services is required.
• Two years minimum experience with clients in substance use services.
• Clinical license (LCPC/LCSW) required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Full-time position with ability to supervise and supervise interns/practicum students.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services using evidence-based methodologies to individuals, groups, and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff and interns/practicum students.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaboration with care teams to transfer clients across levels of care.
• Conduct intake, assessment, and linkage to internal and external resources.
• Monitor urinalysis, breathalyzer, and other testing as assigned.
