Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical, supervisory, and consultative services within our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization program.

The role includes leading teams, conducting assessments, and coordinating referrals. The position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and at least two years of relevant experience; licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related clinical field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience required.
• Licensed or license-eligible preferred.
• Experience with crisis, respite, or inpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, community-based care and maintain A-CCS program capacity.
• Develop comprehensive assessments, individualized action plans, and safety plans using evidence-based tools.
• Determine and implement treatment and referral plans using the least restrictive alternative.
• Facilitate psycho-educational and recovery groups, and triage daily workflow and referrals.
• Consult with the Program Director and collateral providers on treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group supervision to staff and interns.
• Participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions per BHN guidelines.
• Manage staffing, daily program schedules, and maintain a safe, organized milieu.

• Pay or shift range: $70,000 USD to $84,500 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Who You Are:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related clinical field required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience required

• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of and motivation to work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises
