Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions in Lima, OH seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead licensed professionals and support staff. You will supervise, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote evidence-based care to improve client outcomes.

Requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, 3+ years post-licensure, and an active Ohio independent license. Travel up to 50% and on-site work at treatment centers are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Active independent clinical license in good standing (LISW, LPCC).
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance.
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff within assigned programs or locations.
• Ensure adherence to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodies.
• Conduct regular chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits to ensure effective, ethical, and evidence-based service delivery.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff to promote professional growth and high-quality care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators; work with staff to implement action plans when needed.
• Collaborate with program leadership and quality improvement teams to address service delivery challenges and enhance client engagement.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases.
• Stay current on behavioral health trends, best practices, and licensure requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
