Responsibilities

• Review BIPs and ensure quality ABA services.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and families to support student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB supervision standards.
• Visit school sites throughout the Los Angeles area as needed.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavioral support staff
• Support clinical evaluations of candidates during the hiring process
• Lead new hire orientation, staff training, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) instruction
• Conduct competency assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
• Review Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ensure quality ABA services
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and families to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB supervision standards
• Visit school sites throughout the Los Angeles area as needed

What You'll Bring

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or other clinical staff
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior intervention strategies
• Strong communication, training, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel to school sites throughout the Los Angeles area
• School-based or special education experience preferred
• CPI Instructor certification is a plus
