Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinical staff.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, training, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs and staff.
• Support clinical evaluations of candidates during hiring.
• Lead new hire orientation, staff training, and CPI instruction.
• Conduct competency assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Review BIPs and ensure quality ABA services.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and families to support student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB supervision standards.
• Visit school sites throughout the Los Angeles area as needed.
