360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee supervision of clinicians and develop individualized ABA treatment plans. This hybrid role offers remote and on-site opportunities in Visalia, CA, with senior growth paths and a collaborative, clinician-led culture.

You’ll mentor teams, deliver parent training, and stay hands-on with client care while advancing the field of ABA in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
