Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Los Angeles, CA for a full-time, year-round role with hybrid scheduling. You will supervise RBTs, provide clinical guidance, and support school-based behavioral services across the LA area.

The position emphasizes staff development, CPI instruction, and collaboration with teachers and families to improve student outcomes. Travel to school sites is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinicians
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior intervention strategies
• Leadership and training capabilities
• Willingness to travel to Los Angeles area schools

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs and staff
• Lead staff training and CPI instruction
• Review and ensure quality ABA services and BIPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure BACB supervision standards
