Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LCSW or BCBA) with a master's in psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision, or program management experience.
• Flexible to nontraditional hours including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies aligning with best practices.
• Conduct regular meetings, evaluations, and training sessions.
• Act as liaison between clinical and behavioral teams for seamless communication.
• Oversee documentation such as Service Plans and Behavior Plans to meet standards.
• Perform site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in applying FBAs.
• Collaborate with Training and QA to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
