Job summary

FlexStaff is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or BCBA) in Queens or Bronx with oversight responsibilities across Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff. Lead, mentor, and ensure compliance with evidence-based practices rooted in PBS and ABA.

You will supervise documentation, conduct regular meetings, and collaborate with clinical and QA teams to maintain high-quality services for residents. Flexible, nontraditional hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LCSW or BCBA.
• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or program management.
• Ability to work nontraditional hours including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions to foster growth and excellence.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Oversee documentation such as Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans to meet OPWDD standards.
• Conduct site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in applying Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Advocate for the Minimum Effective Dose of Medications and support staff in modifying support plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Training and QA departments to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
