Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited in New York is seeking a senior supervisor to lead Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff, ensuring Positive Behavioral Supports and Applied Behavior Analysis are applied and that support plans align with a person-centered philosophy.

The role involves administrative and clinical supervision, policy development, staff evaluations, documentation oversight, and coordinating training and quality assurance across residences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology required; BCBA or LCSW credential.
• Minimum of three years post-master’s experience in developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staff within residences.
• Develop and revise policies, procedures, and standards; monitor service delivery.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation (ISP, Functional Assessments, Behavior Plans, Human Rights).
• Conduct staff evaluations and participate in agency committees.
• Visit residences to review records and participant progress; advocate for MED of medications.
