FlexStaff seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or BCBA) to lead and inspire our team of Behavioral Analysts and Behavior Intervention Specialists across Manhattan. You will mentor staff, shape service quality, and ensure compliance with PBS and ABA standards.

This role requires a licensed professional with 3+ years working with developmental disabilities, leadership experience, and flexibility for nontraditional hours. The position offers a supportive environment and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Must be licensed LCSW or BCBA with a Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or program management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver care.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies aligned with best practices.
• Conduct team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions.
• Serve as liaison between clinical and behavioral teams.
• Oversee documentation to meet OPWDD standards.
• Conduct site visits, review records, support staff with FBA.
• Collaborate to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
