• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Provide supervision coaching to behavioral technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers across settings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Monitor treatment progress and update plans monthly.
