Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical aspects of treatment for patients.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and ensure adherence.
• Provide coaching and training to behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and document progress in medical records.
