Job summary

The Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) is searching for a BCBA in Livermore, California, to lead clinical work with an emphasis on client welfare and quality service. You will supervise clients and staff, mentoring upcoming clinicians while ensuring top-notch ABA services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff needed.
• CPR certification and immunization records upon hire.

What your days look like:

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers - helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.

What you bring:

• Active BCBA Certification
• Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff
• Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire
