• CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers to help clinicians grow with confidence.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and clinical standards.
