Job summary

A leading ABA service provider in Antioch, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join their team. The position offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home for non-direct hours, with a pay rate between $45-$60 per hour. Ideal candidates will have an active BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical settings. The role includes mentoring staff and ensuring quality ABA services, all within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field needed.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, promoting their professional growth.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.

What your days look like

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers-helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional
• Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout

What you bring

• Active BCBA Certification
• Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff
• Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Rate: $45-$60(depending on experience and education)
