Job summary

Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) seeks a BCBA to lead clinical work with real pay and strong support. This privately run, BCBA-owned organization values clients first and offers remote admin hours to balance caseload demands.

You will supervise staff, mentor RBTs, oversee assessments and maintain documentation while upholding clinical standards in a trusted, growing practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Masters degree in ABA, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervising clinical staff.
• Proficient in ABA techniques: BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET.
• Reliable vehicle and CA driver’s license with insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly to ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs and Case Managers to grow clinicians' skills.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and clinical standards.

What you bring

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Rate: $45-$60(depending on experience and education)
