Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring quality ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers for their growth.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.
• Work with clients of varying ages and diagnoses.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and communication.

Skills

BCBA certification

Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)

Education

Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
