Job summary

Mass Pediatric ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time, experienced BCBA to provide remote ABA therapy and support to families. This fully remote Clinical Supervisor/BCBA role serves clients in MA and works with the Clinical Director and team.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA and MA LABA, possess ABA experience, and complete a CORI background check. This position offers a flexible schedule, potential for advancement, and a $500 signing bonus after six months of employment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and MA LABA.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Previous ABA experience.
• Completed CORI background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT competency assessments and ongoing supervision.
• Visually analyze and provide feedback on the utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers for managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and functional analysis of problem behaviors when clinically warranted.
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress.

Mass Pediatric ABA is looking for a part‑time, experienced, and motivated Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to provide remote ABA therapy and support to families. This fully remote Clinical Supervisor/BCBA role is based in Westford, MA and serves clients in Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover.
