Autism Health Services in Worcester is looking for a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians while accommodating a flexible remote schedule with limited local travel.

We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our clinical team. This position offers a flexible remote schedule with limited local travel for assessments, supervision, and family meetings as needed.
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), training caregivers, monitoring client progress, and ensuring clinical excellence in accordance with BACB standards and payer requirements.
This position serves Worcester and surrounding towns.
