Ambitions ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and to support families in the Springfield & Fall River area. You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with parents to ensure consistent progress.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools and data collection.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
