Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for families in the Springfield & Fall River, MA area. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

You will oversee the full therapy process with in-person or hybrid options and a flexible schedule, supporting families and children to thrive.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
