Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy and support for families in the Springfield & Fall River area. You will supervise treatment from assessment through staff training, collaborating closely with parents and educators.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to practice as a BCBA in the applicable region.
• Proficiency with standardized assessment methods used in ABA evaluations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and capability to supervise staff effectively.
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.

Ambitions ABA is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families near the Springfield & Fall River, MA area. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.
