A Day in the life of a BCBA

• Assessment and Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Implementation and Supervision: Collaborate with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of plans and provide supervision and training.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Use evidence-based methods to track progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients and families.
• Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and participate in continuing education.

Qualifications - What you bring to the table

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders
• Knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with assessment tools and report writing
• Bilingual (preferred)
