Must Have

• Active BCBA certification
• Caseload management to meet billable service requirements
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, including client program development, managing severe behaviors, and service delivery in various settings
• Supervisory experience, overseeing clinical teams and ensuring quality standards
• Monitoring client progress, conducting assessments, providing parent training, and data-driven treatment adjustments
• Providing ongoing supervision and feedback to clinical teams
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored ABA programs
• Completing behavioral health treatment reports
• Participation in team meetings, training, and professional development
