Description

Holding Hands Inc. is looking for a passionate BCBA to join our clinical team in Whittier, CA, with additional opportunities in Los Angeles, Burbank, Calabasas, Rosemead, and Pasadena clinics. The role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supervising technicians, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and staying current with best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• CPR certification in pediatrics and adults
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with assessment tools and report writing
• Bilingual preferred
