Location: Pasadena, CA

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year

Description
  • Assessment and Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Implementation and Supervision: Collaborate with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of plans and provide supervision and training.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Track progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications - What you bring to the table
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • CPR certification (pediatrics and adults)
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with assessment tools and report writing
  • Bilingual (preferred)
