Job summary

High Focus Centers Paoli is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead adolescent co-occurring programs in Paoli, PA. You will supervise therapists, guide clinical planning, and help ensure high-quality individualized care in a busy behavioral health setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in a clinical field and active PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), with strong communication and documentation skills. Evening coverage may be required to support programming and crisis responses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field and PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) is required.
• Clinical experience with adolescents and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Previous supervision or leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to therapists serving adolescents with mental health and co-occurring concerns.
• Evaluate clients to determine levels of care and ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Lead treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations.
• Maintain a clinical caseload as needed and support program operations.
• Support program development of clinical programming and services.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and chart audits.
• Provide crisis guidance and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure licensing and quality standards.
