Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Adult Mental Health & Co-Occurring Programs in Center City, Philadelphia. In this full-time role, you will lead a clinical team assisting adults with mental health and substance use challenges, ensuring high-quality care within an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree along with at least five years of relevant supervisory experience. Benefits include medical insurance, a 401(k), and tuition reimbursement to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient services.
• Conduct clinical assessments and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
• Guide staff in developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
