Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, service provision, and staff supervision within our behavioral health programs in Pennsylvania. The role ensures program quality, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with managed care organizations and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, or related field is required or preferred.
• Three years of experience in adult behavioral health with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of county agency contacts, MCOs, and resources related to client care is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and interns.
• Oversee admissions, program planning, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and supervise staff performance.
• Maintain relationships with funding sources and external providers.
• Prepare for regulatory audits and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain knowledge of community resources for discharge planning.
• Develop and monitor outcomes reports and performance indicators.
• Recruit, coach, and manage assigned staff; cover cases as needed.
• Maintain CPR, first aid, and crisis management per agency protocols.
