The role emphasizes program coordination, staff supervision, and hands-on therapy, with opportunities for training and charting system support. Requires a master’s degree and LCSW/LMFT/LPC preferred; one year supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or psychology required.
• Current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred (Outpatient).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients, and provide specialized therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate programs and provide clinical supervision of staff.
• Collaborate with program supervisor to ensure the program operates efficiently and effectively.
• Provide specialized therapeutic interventions.
• Participate in orientation and training of new staff including charting software training and support.
