Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an Adolescent PHP Therapist for the High Focus Centers in Lansdale, PA. This role serves adolescents 14–18 with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

You will facilitate groups, conduct assessments, and provide individual and family therapy, collaborating with families, schools, and the treatment team to support treatment goals. Full-time schedule, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Training: Completion of a clinically focused internship or practicum (required).
• Experience: Prior experience working with adolescents in a co-occurring treatment setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily group therapy focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, relapse prevention, and peer support.
• Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated.
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to support level-of-care determinations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary treatment team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and team meetings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and foster a safe, supportive therapeutic environment.
