Job summary

Owl's Nest Recovery is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to assist the Clinical Director in leading and overseeing clinical operations at our addiction treatment center. You will supervise counselors and staff, ensure evidence-based care, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality treatment.

The role requires a Master’s degree with licensure, 5+ years in addiction/mental health services, and supervisory experience, with a focus on treatment planning and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and license or certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment or mental health services.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of addiction, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Director with daily group scheduling, case load management/assignment.
• Manage concurrent insurance reviews scheduling.
• Oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring of clients.
• Conduct regular clinical chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to develop and ensure implantation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
