Job summary

Sunrise Detox is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical staff, ensure top-quality documentation, and provide 24-hour clinical management in a detox facility in Georgia. You will consult with the Clinical Director and other leadership to maintain program operations and staff performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, has licensure or certification, and possesses knowledge of addiction and mental health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or social work is required.
• Licensure or certification to practice clinical discipline.
• Knowledge of addiction and mental health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all clinical staff and activities to maintain high quality.
• Coordinates with program administration and Utilization Review.
• Organizes professional development in therapy and charting.
• Monitors staff morale and builds team continuity.
• Participates in recruitment and interviewing of clinical staff.
• Maintains records and documentation for clinical staff.
