Community Medical Services is urgently hiring a Clinical Supervisor to direct, supervise, and train clinical staff at one or more clinics. You will ensure staff meet licensing and certification standards mandated by state and federal agencies, while supporting quality improvement and clinical supervision efforts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)
• 3+ years experience in individual and group counseling for substance use disorders
• Master's or Bachelor's in behavioral health or equivalent experience for licensure

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical services and supervises staff at assigned clinics
• Reviews counselors' caseload documentation and service plans
• Provides on-site clinical training and continuing professional development
• Reviews and submits CSAT exception requests
• Supports Quality Management through root cause investigations
• Participates in oversight and external meetings
• May assist with intakes, discharges, and coordination of care

Skills

Licensed professional (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

3+ years counseling experience

Staff training and supervision

Knowledge of opioid treatment meds

CARF/DEA/CSAT knowledge
