Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services for residents in a therapeutic environment. You will work with the Executive Director to maintain routines and ensure recovery-focused care.

The role requires license credentials (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSAT), experience with substance use disorders, and the ability to supervise licensed eligible staff. In-person with hybrid options, competitive benefits, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSAT required.
• Experience with substance use disorders.
• Experience with opioid treatment preferred.
• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
• Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care.
• Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
